Union Station
An All-New Play Debuts January 23

CJ is a gifted musician who has always had a hard time finding the right words to say to those around her. Fortunately, she holds the lyrics of her northern star, Joni Mitchell, in her head …so she can sing them.

At a crossroads in her life, CJ hops a train with her favorite aunt, hoping the ride will let her to look at the world from a different angle and provide some answers. What she doesn’t see coming is that a couple unexpected passengers might help her find what she’s looking for.

Featuring the songs of Joni Mitchell, Union Station is a play about how high music can lift us and how far we will go to find our own voice.

A first Look at Union Station

“As you may have gathered, I’ve got a lot to learn about living in the real world. Turning up the music was always how I escaped it…

…and it worked. It worked every time. Until the day I came to see that escape isn’t the best thing a person can hope for.”

“Writer/Director Ron Harner reveals how family and friendship help us deal with situations outside of our control. The actors truly feel like they are connected to their roles and we, as an audience, can relate to them. This family feels like it could be any of our families. And that’s what make this production great.”
